Vermentino
(Italian Dry White)

A subtle and delicate wine with attractive honeysuckle, citrus and pear aromas and flavours. Vermentino is an Italian varietal. Partner this wine with curry or pasta dishes.
Vermentino was introduced into Australia in the 1990’s and trialled along with many of the Italian varieties we now see across Australia.

Sparkling Vermentino

Our sparkling Vermentino is one of only two produced in Australia and of three in the world.
Gentle honey, tropical fruits and herbs are infused in fine beads. This wine is a slightly sweet sparkling white.

Sheila's Rose’

Our 2023 Rose is made from the Shiraz grape. It has a deep red colour which would indicate the skins of this variety has intense skins on contact. The Rose is dry and fruity and delicious.
It is a lovely Summer wine for all occasions.

Merlot 2021 New Release

This Merlot expresses flavours of dark cherries and other fruits. On the palate there is also the flavours of the new French oak used to mature the wine.

A medium bodied wine full of fruity aromas. Smooth and soft tannins and French oak contributes complexity. Partner this wine with a good steak.

The Cromdale Fortified Shiraz 2015

The base wine for this fortified was the 2015 Cromdale Shiraz. Brandy was then added and left for 8 years in an old whiskey barrel. A very intense sweet wine.
